yoyo weight, not always logging but def working out at home and eating healthy, I don't get how I can lose 2lbs overnight and then gain more next day. Very frustrated.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.5 lb a week

Water retention can make you gain weight; so watch your sodium intake and alcohol consumption. Drinking more water will actually help your water retention believe it or not. Also make sure you’re weighing yourself at the same time every day. The best time of day to weigh yourself is when you wake up in the morning. Don’t be so hard on yourself! Keep your chin up and don’t lose hope! You’ll get there 😘
