This is the start of my journey, today will be the last day i ever weigh record a weight of 18st 3lb . I am not embarrased or ashamed or tearful whilst admitting this weight , i am confident and proud that i can do something about this. I am excited and enthusiatic as i embark on one of the biggest challenges in my life xxxx

252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 105.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it!! Do not be ashamed! I was there at one point and I really feel like it even added pounds to be ashamed! :( Like you said, be confident and proud, have a support system for those weak times and let's do it!!!
