This is day 5 of Nutrisystem. I really like their food, and it's easy to follow. This should help me break my fastfood addiction...

I am new to NS as well. NS has totally stopped my fast food fixes :) The NS foods are super portable and so easy to grab and go. Now if only that scale would just start inching down.....
