아침애는 80 😆😆 화장실가다오니가 무개가 0.4 더내렷다 ㅋㅋㅋ 😄😄 어재ㅠ총섭취량이 1500 그나 다시 많이먹으면 또 오라가갯지 😧😧

😘😘 감사함니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 진자이단어가 정답이애요 YOU R WHAT U EAT. 😆😆😆 얘전애 재가많이뚱뚱할대 하는말이잇음니다 ㅎㅎ 저는 물만마셔두 살이진다고 ㅎㅎ;; 자신이먹는것대햇어 인정안할라고 입애부든말이애요 😆😆 지금은 자신이먹는개대햇어 인정하고 조절할라고하니가 감처젓던 칼로리가 다 눈애보여요 다이애드애 중요한것은 자신의 식단을 인정하고 병경하는개 중요한것가다요
