I actually weighed 214lbs on 8/25/10. So that makes this sound a little more real. Which it is. I would have been able to record this as 100% if there had not been a little cheese on some scrambled eggs that I ordered without cheese. So, I am doing well. I need to get my chair DVD so that I can get my exercise started!!
210.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My walking today was VERY slow as I was assisted by a walker.
