The 7th day... 8 hours left until I break my fast
174.8 lb Lost so far: 61.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done Ed. An awesome loss❣️ If you incorporate fasting into your lifestyle. It should stay off. It doesn’t have to be too long in between feeding days.

OMG!!! You’ve lost so much weight in such a short space of time. What’s the secret?? Does the Keto really work? I’m so scared of piling my body up with all that fat. Please help 😁😁😁

@Licia_b While you at it, follow @Pascoal777 she has a lot of insight. It was a 7 day water (electrolyte) fast. Basically drink only water (or rooibos/green tea, or black coffee) and supplement with electrolytes (magnesium, salt, potassium), or snake juice. Read more here: https://www.3010.fit/fasting/
