I have been on Atkins for 5 weeks today. I have actually lost about 16 pounds, but I seem to have stalled out. I am pretty sure I have not been cheating.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Congratulations on your loss so far! That's great! You're relatively close to your goal, so you'll find these "last" pounds are a bit sticky. Best bet is to log all your foods, every day, every meal. That will be a check to be sure you're really on plan plus it gives you an opportunity to see if there's something in there that's holding you up. Good luck.
