Mrs. H's Journal, 20 February 2013

I know I haven't been on here much of late and I need to get on here a little more often. I have found that it keeps me more tuned into how I am eating. Even though I don't log what I eat for whatever reason it just seems to help me being on here daily. Another lb down this week and I feel like I'm getting so close to reaching the top of the hill. When I know I only have 20 lbs to go, then I know it's downhill from there for me. I'm looking forward to being on the downhill side. 3 more lbs to reach March's goal and it's nice to know that I have 5 weeks to lose them.

I know that the loss is getting a little slower, which I'm fine with because I also know that my inches are dropping more rapidly. It's getting to that point where I'm sure I will be losing more inches than weight at times.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
