Worked out at the gym aqnd walked in the indoor track. I try to increase the laps by one more lap each time. I have just started doing the laps last week so I am up to 5 laps around.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
