Back to work today for two weeks, aiming for 207 when I get back home. Can’t wait to hit my maintenance weight, picked up a lot of good habits with counting calories and just have to keep applying them
213.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
