I've actually lost over 25 lbs from August to December. Eating oatmeal with cream every day, but eliminating all wheat (no bread, pasta or cake,very little sugar (2 truvia packets in my oatmeal)...I simply must eat enough to feel full; if not I end up binging...I have not exactly dieted for the last few months (calorie wise), but now I'm starting again. I'll cut down on the cream, continue with a huge serving of oatmeal every day, and eat 20g of protein with every meal. I am trying to eat a big mixed green salad every day, along with my meat. And, most importantly, I'll start hitting the gym again. I want to tone my muscles and increase my fitness level.
