I've put "reasonably well" because despite my slight indulgence last night the rest of the day I was otherwise very good.

Another new number on the scale: that's encouraging!
212.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
