Fell off the wagon but I’m getting back on! Went UP about 10 pounds. Took 3 months of hard work to get off and only a little over a month to gain it all back!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
