Been out with friends alot and have been drinking and so gained a bit back really working starting today to get to the 140. Ita also getting cold which makes it harder to do my walking
I did wear a 2 piece bathing suit last weekend for the first time in many years and bought a pair of size 6 jeans which was awesome!
