well that was a surprise, lost 3 kg, maybe fluid retention after the holidays, (did drink a bit more than normal)

Still another milestone reached, broken into the 18 stones.
265.4 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
