I'm actually pleasantly surprised to be exactly where I was yesterday. I did a pretty hard workout last night and I'm a little sore so I was figuring I'd pick up some kind of bloat weight like I did last week.
Apparently not though which is GREAT. Yesterday for the first time in over a year I didn't feel like I was being smothered by my own fat. I know that's a weird way to put it, but I had ballooned up so much before I started that it just felt like the weight of my own body was crushing me.
It's realistic to think I might be at my first goal by next weekend and I'll also probably drop below 250 sometime this week. Both of which floor me.
