So I looked at myself in the mirror and instantly thought “Damn, I lost my abs.”

I know it’s from inactivity. I had been in extremely stressful situation until mid-October, for more than 6 months, and stress and fatigue from the situation deprived me of energy to work out.
Therefore I lost my weight, I lost my muscle, baboom somehow I’m underweight with not a very fit body.

I knew that fact so losing abs shouldn’t be shocking to me, but it was. I’ve been casually working out since October, but I realized I need more commitment💪
116.6 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
