Feeling better today. My kid finally got rid of her hives (after calling the dr about a million times and having the pharmacist have a meltdown on me about what the dr told me to do). Turns out my sinuses are more allergies so Ive switched to the zyrtec and its been going well. I can actually function which is a huge plus.
I havent been logging. But Ive been maintaining - which is crazy because I feel like Ive been so out of control. When my 6 week program ended, I was supposed to go back to Maint for a couple of weeks and the calories seemed so high. I really didnt understand how I wasnt going to gain back what I lost. My coach explained it, but I didnt really get it. I think Im starting to though... Anyway, no more candy (or at least I track what I eat). I prepped my breakfast and lunch today and Im looking forward to a little more structure and routine this week.
