ate a heap of hungry jacks today, so i pushed myself & did all sorts of exercises including boxercising, aerobics, walking for 30 mins 2963 yoga sit ups etc 3 hrs worth
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
