Been a good week all in all. Feel that i am back in control.

202.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb. Still to go: 48.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.0 lb a week

Doesn't it feel good to be in control of things again! I love the feeling......I am not controled by the food!
