Had a few cheat days... Definitely explains the slow progress. Party tonight so hopefully some of my weightloss will show in my new dress 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

139.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb. Still to go: 7.7 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.1 lb a week
