I was feeling sick at the end of last week so I did skip 2 out of 6 days of exercise. My body kept saying no so I had to listen. But I kept the diet up and I am still losing a some weight. Coming off slowly but surely. Hopefully this cold will be gone soon but I am feeling better than I did on Friday.
