Jeez-golly- wow!!! This diet and exercise is really working:) Feeling great. Was a little tired during my walk w/ my buds- mostly because I got to bed last night at 11:30 pm and had trouble sleeping due to my allergies. Then, I woke up at 3:00 am as my son was leaving for Grand Junction, CO. Finally, I woke up at 5:30 am. So, I think in all I had about 4 1/2 hours sleep. I'll try to get more tonight! I started using a Neti Pot for my sinuses and I already feel better!:)
