Well for week 1 I recorded everything and felt guilty. Except on Sat/Sun. I think Sat I did really well, supper healthy foods, reasonable portions, little to no snacking.

Sunday, hard to say, probably over, but no worse then the rest of the week (that isn't saying much...) So week one is done, on to week 2, and more rigor.

Biking will have to pick up, but the weekend was wet both mornings keeping me away, I'm running out of season, but there is still several good weeks left.

254.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its hard getting back into it... almost harder than it was at first because the novelty of eating healthily is gone, you are stuck with the knowledge that this isn't just something you are doing for a short while, then you can go back to eating normally. Did you want me to send you a copy of my spreadsheet. I found that the spreadsheet made it more fun - but its time consuming. I need to come up with one that can access my own data base of foods to save me having to look stuff up, or I need to print off a directory that I can use for reference. Miss you guys.. can't wait to see you at christmas
