M&M fun sizes were hard to resist. Halloween leftovers. 😔 I really enjoyed all 10 packs of it yesterday! 😜 Alright! I want to get to 140 next week!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
