i haven't been recording my calories....i've gotten kind of lazy over the last couple of days with life. as a gift for myself, i really need to get back on track and just do my best.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
