I've reached my first mini-goal of 168! Woot!

*happy dance*

Now to just make sure I keep it off.

Still didn't get to exercising today, but I ate pretty healthy, and I'm kind of amazed at the amount of calories I ate because of it - I'm usually around the 100% not so far below!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
