It's been a tough week, with husband's surgery today and challenges with my aging dog. I did manage to get my most important exercise in and logged my food. My weight is up, but my rings, that had been so loose I was thinking about having them resized, would barely come off today. I'm hoping for a big water weight loss tomorrow..
