On a steady decline. I notice I put on water weight when I eat anything that contains grains and then it takes about three days to get the water weight off. Rethinking my diet and doing away with grains.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
