i have not weighed my self for almost a whole month now. i hope i am getting good results. i have a fitness evaluation on sat septemberf 4th. i hope the results are good.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
