Ugh. Work potluck, Halloween and multiple poor choices happened this week. Weight is up several pounds.
On the plus side, I meal prepped. Made a slow cooker of chili, roasted 2 smoked chickens (stripped the meat and made stock). I will make pea soup from the stock.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
