Time to get serious!! World Cup rugby is over!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there, I picked up a lot of weight over the last year (8kg). Did a detox during October and my hubby and I have started Keto from November, we are gonna do this!!! Hard to break old habits, still don’t do exercise... but will get there hopefully 😅
