It took a while - but I finally got back on track. (Literally!) I tracked everything after last week's meeting. I hadn't weighed in because I was perilously close to being over my goal weight and I refuse to pay, but I went. It was about mini goals. My mini goal was to track. This week my mini goal is to move more. I already started by walking to a street festival. Went from 500 steps to 3,800. Now to keep it up all week! :)
