Last weigh in before my trip to Fresno. Won't be able to weigh in until Monday or probably work out for that matter. we'll see how it all goes. I expect a gain but I hope it won't be much.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 82.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
