Yesterday I was really tired and didn't feel like working out a second time. It seemed as though I didn't have a plan as far as eating and just stuck anything in my mouth, as long as it was veggies protein and nuts. I need to be better prepared. I will cook a lot of protein today for me my husband and son, because they eat a lot. I think I was dehydrated the day before I had too much to drink. no more drinking for me until the cruise.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
