果然一吃肉就破功了 10/27堂弟結婚。現殺海鮮吃到飽 連兩天爆蛋白質。雖然每晚都還是大量運動 不及食物的進食🤪 五天了。努力一星期的69變回來70 我太愛吃了啦!每天都有吃優質澱粉 好佳在有運動。每天一小時。保持好氣色 也保持身體儀態。雖然肚子依然走鐘中😭
