I am overestimating my weight this week. Between a family member going to hospice and catching a severe stomach flu, I've actually lost about 6 pounds since my last weigh-in. I know I will gain a few pounds back in water weight and nutrition once I start eating properly, though.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
