Yesterday, we all were to wear UK shirts with slacks.....mine were too big....I wore them anyways.
Nancy, you do not know how greatful I am to you...for urging me to try this diet. Everthing else I ever tried .... I would lose a few pounds then put it back on (everytime) I have never lost this kid of weight and I assure you I will never go back.
