Crushed it at work this time. Stayed pretty good for exercising, two fasting days were not that bad, and kept my calorie count in check. Also 7 weeks sober has helped. Hard to fit those useless calories into my long term plan hahaha. Also cut back on cheese due to higher calories in it. 2 months to loose the last 10. Can’t wait to hit it, also haven’t been 210 since university in 2002
210.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
