This starts my count down to the smaller and fit me. This is day 1 for me and i have 87 days left til my cruise! i am going to record my food and weight everyday.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
