Alright, another upswing. Reasons: Late dinner, Costco sampling (they had chips with dips, curry sauce and naans, coconut dark choco almond crunch....burp!), Rocher was on sale too! No more excuses. Back to gym today.
143.5 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
