Doing Intermittent Fasting and loving it. Lost 5.6 kgs so far in 1 month and going strong. I’ve had my bad days (especially over the weekend) but then I just fast for a full day on a Monday and I am mentally back on track.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
