I need to vent.
I seriously don’t know why my body can’t stop losing weight even though I have already been in “underweight” spectrum. I usually eat balanced meal and lift weights. I love eating donuts and ice cream. Also I totally pigged out and drank a lot this week so losing weight doesn’t make any sense.
A bit of background story: I lose 6~7lb every summer, and it also happened this year. However, while I usually gain weight back in fall, I haven’t yet this year. I’m just losing weight. Another one of my usual weight loss factor is stress. When I’m under extreme stress for a long time (6 months ~ 3 years). And I’ve never gain back the weight I lost due to stress. I was heaviest when I was in middle school, 138lb at that time. And since then a couple of very stressful periods happened and I lost weight each time. And this year, I was under the most horrible stress in my life. Not a very good way to lose weight.

Log your calories, be consistent with eating in a surplus. If you aren't logging, how would you know what is wrong? It's no different than someone trying to lose.

Great advice Diablo. My super lean brother worked very hard to GAIN weight to get into the military. He found it tough to eat in a surplus, but eventually made it.
