Workouts #9/96 of October/2019. Eating a little better, lost a little weight. Go figure. Little/no deprivation. Just not keeping eating and sometimes avoiding large volume of fast food. Interesting that a relatively small change brought pretty good results. Am I really only that far away from a healthier diet?
