WOOHOO!!! I got my exercise bike and cross trainer today....that is going to help!!! I've been doing quite well i think, with food anyway. I have also found that since eating so healthy and cutting out the crap, that every time I try to eat something full of crap and fat, that my body rejects it practically straight away, meaning I get severe bad belly, which, lets face it, is a great way to put me off eating it!! onwards and downwards from here!! :)
