Not a good day. I need to learn to make better choices, especially when it comes to portion control.
I'm also struggling with foods that don't have readily available nutrition information.
My challenge for today will be to not have the leftover Chinese for lunch. As I have journaled before, I hate wasting food. But this time that would be better that the calories I'd add on to my day.
