I am really excited about my weigh in today. My original goal would have me at 170 by the end of this month but 4 pounds in 6 days seems agressive so I will settle for at least 25lbs lost altogether by month end which would mean I only need to lost 2 lbs. I will keep plugging at it. I'll be a lean mean fit machine before you know it!!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 August 2010:
1269 kcal Fat: 33.17g | Prot: 82.04g | Carb: 160.26g.   Breakfast: Skinny Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, multigrain cheerios, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), skim milk. Lunch: lean gourmet lasagna. Dinner: rice a roni herb butter, spinach, potato, steak. Snacks/Other: kirkland soy milk, strawberry, GNC Whey Protein, cherries, apple. more...
