Well,having little 105 gm rice and since i had style in my right eye over 3 weeks ha depression and rode few days cycle still having less food contributed to stable weight .and mostly sedentary life .And depression life .how time flews.Anyways keep measuring weight.I manged to get in shape took January 2016 to July 2019 over 3 and half years to get in shape .Weight gain in easy and to reduce is so difficult.
