Up down up down up down. It's turning into an emotional roller coaster :'(
188.0 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1127 kcal Fat: 43.36g | Prot: 64.60g | Carb: 130.42g.   Breakfast: 100% Premium Whey Protein Chocolate, Tap Water, Summer Fruit Salad. Lunch: Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, Oikos Fat Free Greek Yogurt Peach Mango on the Bottom, Lettuce, Sweet Red Peppers , Yellow Sweet Peppers, Green Peppers , Mushrooms . Dinner: Dill Pickle Chips (40g), Chicken Nuggets. Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate Heavenly Crisp , Tap Water, Field Berry Drink Mix. more...

Kristal, Don't get yourself down, if you are referring to your weight fluctuating don't beat yourself up over it rather take an honest look at what you are eating, A lot of the so called health foods are culprits for actually causing wt gains and as for yogurt and dairy they are as well. Might I suggest more fresh fruits and veggies as they are generally low in calories and SO good for you. I know water is nobodies favorite but 8 eight ounce glasses a day minimum are essential your body will love you for it. I hope this helps but you mental commitment as half the combination to success and you MUST NOT talk bad to yourself believe it or not your body listens. Let me know if I can be of help.
