2090 kcal Fat: 74.84g | Prot: 133.09g | Carb: 228.65g.   Breakfast: Prunes Juice (Not from Concentrate), banana, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), eggs. Lunch: Chicken Thigh, lima beans, Cooked Dry Red Kidney Beans. Dinner: imitation crabmeat, spinach, romain lettuce, stuffed chicken breast. Snacks/Other: cottage cheese, jiff natural peanut butter, whole wheat mini bagels, milk, apple, clementine. more...
